Villa Spalletti Trivelli Description

Located in a quiet area, just a five minute walk to the Trevi Fountain is the Villa Spalletti Trivelli. Set in a historic villa, once the home of the aristocratic family still owning it, it is both one of Rome's smallest and best rated hotels. Unique amongst Rome's historic residences it features a splendid Italian garden, elegant and refined drawing rooms furnished with genuine antiques, an exclusive Wellness Centre and sumptuous rooms with every comfort. A recent comment on TripAdvisor described it as "simply spectacular - an experience like no other".

The spacious rooms and suites are decorated in a mix of antique and contemporary furnishings and feature high ceilings and parquet floors. Each comes with an elegant seating area or separate lounge, airconditioning, work desk, minibar, safe and a satellite LCD TV. Beds have anti-allergic mattresses and pillows and feature the finest embroidered linens. The large marble bathrooms offer bathrobes, slippers, hairdryer and complimentary luxury toiletries.

An Italian breakfast of croissants and cappuccino is provided daily, served on the shaded garden terrace in fine weather. Lunch and dinner are at request, accompanied by wines from the family's vineyards.

The villa's library, recognised by the Ministry of National Heritage and Culture, can be used for small events and meetings.

The spacious and elegant wellness centre is a delight to the senses with its tepidarium, steam room and relaxation room. Villa Spalletti Trivelli also offers its guests a fully equipped fitness area open 24 hours a day, and with personal trainer available on request.
